Thanksgiving Safety Checklist for 2020 [Print or Download]

Happy Thanksgiving!

Despite everything that happened in 2020, we can still find things to be thankful for.

If you’re planning a small get-together with close family or friends tomorrow, here’s a free, printable checklist to help you celebrate Thanksgiving safely.

  • Screen for symptoms, such as fever, cough, runny nose, fatigue, and aches.
  • Keep face masks on at all times.
  • Stay at least 6 feet apart from anyone you don’t live with.
  • Wash hands often and regularly, using soap and water and scrubbing for at least 20 seconds.
  • Keep rooms well-ventilated by opening doors and windows. Use air purifiers with HEPA filters if possible.
  • Limit the number of people in food prep areas, and have just one person serving and handling food.
  • Clean and disinfect common surfaces and shared items, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

Print out the checklist below, or email it to your guests ahead of time, to let them know that you’re taking their safety seriously.
